HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you should receive an email notification from us which will alert you to your order being shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at emBOSSedUK@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into this for you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates  

We are currently shipping ALL orders and items on Thursdays, via Royal Mail, from North Yorkshire.

Special Delivery is also only posted on a Thursday which will then arrive on a Friday.
